Neil Meadows
Managing Director
Mr Meadows holds a Master of Applied Science in Metallurgy, is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a recipient, in 2007, of the Mine Manager of the Year Award through the Sydney Mining Club.
He was the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy North Queensland Resources Industry Professional of the Year in 2009. His technical qualifications are supported by a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration from Charles Sturt University, along with a Diploma of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Most recently Neil has worked with the Australian Premium Iron Ore Joint Venture on mine infrastructure. Prior to that, he was the Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Queensland Nickel, subsequent to the sale of the business by BHP Billiton. He was the Managing Director of Gladstone Pacific Nickel whilst the company was listed on the London AIM and was also the General Manager of the Yabulu Refinery site for BHP Billiton

Andrew Steers B.Comm, CA, MICAA Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary
Andrew Steers brings with him a wealth of finance, commercial and mining experience, having worked previously for KPMG as well as a number of positions with a variety of mining companies. Andrew is experienced in both Australian and International Mining, including dealings with not only ASX listed enties but also TSX & AIM listed groups and with both Australian and international exploration and operating mining projects.
Prior to joining IMX Andrew was a part of the executive team responsible for the merger of Moto Goldmines Limited and Randgold Resources in a C$665 million transaction.

Tony Haggarty Non Executive Director Mr Haggarty has had more than 25 years involvement in the resources sector. He was a co-founder of Excel Coal Limited and was its Managing Director from 1993 until its acquisition by Peabody Energy Corporation in 2006. Mr Haggarty is currently the Chairman of ASX-listed King Island Scheelite Limited and a Non-Executive Director of Whitehaven Coal Limited. He also holds directorships in private resource focused companies active in Australia and internationally.

Cao Xiang Kui Non Executive Director Mr Cao has considerable experience in steel manufacturing and is Vice President of IMX’s recently acquired off-take partner and largest shareholder, Jilin Tonghua Iron & Steel (Group) Mining Co Ltd (Tonghua Mining). Mr Cao has worked for the Jilin Tonghua Iron & Steel Group for 20 years in a variety of roles ranging from environmental technician, Deputy Chief of No 3 Steel Making Plant at the Tonghua steelworks, Secretary of Board of Directors, and Director of Investment Department. Mr Cao was recently appointed Vice President of Jilin Tonghua Iron & Steel Group Mining Co. Ltd.

John Nitschke B.Eng (Hons), MSc, DIC, FAusIMM, GAICD Non Executive Director
John Nitschke is a mining engineer with over 30 years experience in the resources industry. He was formerly EGM – Australian Operations at Oxiana. His experience also includes project management of surface and underground mines for MIM Holdings, optimisation of several projects for Normandy Mines and provision of high level technical and management support to operations and studies for various mining companies. Mr Nitschke was the Executive General Manager - Projects & Technical Services at OZ Minerals and is a non-executive Director of ASX listed Toro Energy Limited.

Song Yuan Gang is the Chairman of privately owned Chinese company Sichuan Taifeng Group. Song Yuan Gang has grown Sichuan Taifeng into a successful diversified group with trading, real estate and mining divisions. Song Yuan Gang has not held a directorship in any listed entity in the past three years.

Bianca Manzi, B.Sc (Hons) Geology, MAIG Bianca Manzi has over 14 years experience in the exploration and mining industry. Ms Manzi has been an employee of IMX Resources since 2003 and became the Exploration Manager in January 2007. Prior to joining IMX Resources, Ms Manzi held exploration geologist positions with various companies including Wiluna Mines Ltd, Normandy Exploration Pty Ltd and Newmont Australia Pty Ltd.
